For over thirty years Lohilaakso has been opening its doors to fish enthusiasts.
Whether you want to catch your own fish or simply enjoy freshly smoked fish dinners in our fully licensed restaurant, Lohilaakso is the place to be. Our general clientele range from the novice 3 year old girl or boy, fishing on our sure catch lake, through to the more experienced fishermen who enjoy testing their own lures and enjoying a leisurely fishing day out on our more difficult lake. Day licence includes fishing equipments.
Rainbow trout stocked every week. Lohilaakso will also smoke your fish and it’s possible to enjoy your own catch with trimmings in our restaurant.

A quick note on our oven
Our one of a kind specially built oven takes just 1 hour to smoke a fish. We use small chipped alder wood because it gives the best aroma and colour to your fish. After your fish has been smoked it shall be salted according to personal taste.
